This little oil sketch titled Bro Sketch with Bud Light by Klaire Lockheart is at the Dahl Arts Center as part of their 50th Anniversary Gala! The opening reception for the exhibition will be Friday, September 6th from 5:00-7:00 pm at 713 7th Street, Rapid City, South Dakota. The art fundraiser auction and gala is October 5th from 5:30-11:00 pm at 713 7th Street, Rapid City, South Dakota. All the bidding is online. 

​Not a Vampire

Not a Vampire Art Exhibition at the Coyote Gallery in Vermillion, SD

​Klaire Lockheart’s next painting exhibition is called Not a Vampire, and it will run October 3rd through November 15th, 2024 at the First Dakota Coyote Gallery, 12 E. Main Street, Vermillion, South Dakota. The opening reception is Saturday, October 19th from 3-5 pm, and guests are invited to dress up in costume as they view the artist’s “ancestral” paintings while enjoying snacks. This exhibition is hosted by the Vermillion Cultural Association.

Contemporary Classic: Revisiting and Reimagining Art History

​Four of Klaire Lockheart’s brodalisque paintings will be on display at the Bradbury Art Museum in the Contemporary Classic: Revisiting and Reimagining Art History exhibition. The group show run September 12th through November 20th, 2024 at 201 Olympic Drive, Jonesboro, Arkansas. The opening reception will be September 12th from 5–6:30 p.m. at the Bradbury Art Museum in Fowler Center at Arkansas State University.
